- The RDA team (rdahelp@ucar.edu) helps our data users with WRF Preprocessing System (WPS) up to providing accurate Vtables that describes data obtained from us.
- The WRF team (wrfhelp@ucar.edu) picks up support from that point.
- Questions relating specifically to WRF-Chem should be sent to wrfchemhelp.gsd@noaa.gov
- Send all other WPS, WRF Data Assimilation (WRFDA) and WRF model questions to wrfhelp@ucar.edu.

Where to get WRF help
A large subset of RDA users also run WRF. In order to clear up confusion about the appropriate place to get help, I'm compiling this information in one place.
