Scheduled downtime: Globus login with NCAR RDA identity unavailable January 24

NCAR RDA users will not be able to log into Globus with their NCAR RDA identity credentials starting at 10 AM MST Tuesday January 24. This downtime is expected to last several hours as we work to upgrade our existing Globus Alternate Identity service to an OpenID Connect (OIDC) server running in Globus Connect Server version 5. During the downtime, users will still be able to request and access Globus shares from NCAR RDA endpoints, but will not be able to log into Globus with NCAR RDA identity credentials.
